Greek Matthew 6:9-13 “This, then, is how you should pray: “‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one." Mindlessly reciting these words as a rote prayer or mantra is not what Jesus has in mind when he taught the disciples how to pray. Prayer is a conversation with a relational God (see Jonah 4 as he "prays" to God about his complaints of all things). Countless prayer methods or techniques have been created using the Lord's Prayer, but here is one from taught by Korean church. In Korea, they teach believers to pray each step of the six steps for 10 minutes for a grand total of one full hour)

Trouble, challenges, pain, suffering, grief, transition, change and renewal come to us all. Some seasons of life are more enjoyable than others. Thank you for being a source of light, encouragement and comfort to humanity when they are suffering, grieving and transitioning. I pray God Almighty supernaturally brings deliverance to all of us in our area and place of need to lift us up to where we belong to live freely and happily to glorify Him daily. ~ Paul from https://PropheticPowerShift.com/
